Old Mystic, CT

Visiting Old Mystic, CT was a treat. What a beautiful city. We spent two days exploring the 19 acres that encompas the Old Mystic SeaPort. They just happened to be having a chowder festival over the weekend. We sampled a few of the famous local chowders, all were super yummy. The weather was beautiful for the first couple of days and then hurricane Matthew finally pushed the rain north. We spent most of yesterday, our last full day in CT, cooped up in our camper, the weather was frightful.

It's beautiful today! Onward to Massachusetts!
