The Glorious Smells of Santa Fe, New Mexico

Driving in I was aw struck by the beauty of New Mexico. The sky is colors I can't explain and there were tumbleweeds blowing across the highway and the houses blend into the landscape.

After we got to the RV park and got set up I took Darwin on walk and immediately noticed the smell. I kept breathing in as deep as I could and still I couldn't get enough. It smells of fresh herbs and lavender, like something bath and body works wishes they could recreate in a soap or scented oil. It's the perfect smell, if there ever was one. I want to smell this forever, I want to bottle it up and bring it with me on the rest of our journey. It's clean and fresh and it makes you feel good. This is what I imagine heaven might smell like.

I can't wait to go explore Santa Fe tomorrow. I'll take a bunch of pictures. I wish I could send the amazing smell thru cyber space for all of you.
